The Barbie DreamHouse has been bringing children’s dreams to life since the 60’s. So with a new model of the kid favorite home coming it meant new dreams would come along with it. Everything from pool parties, to sleepovers, to spa days and of course puppies (lot’s of puppies) could be found as we revealed what was behind the iconic pink door.
When you are launching something this big, you need to speak to lots of different people and that means lots of content. But given a fairly modest budget we needed a creative way to produce it all. Partnering with Mattel to identify their fan’s key interests and activities, our team was able to create a bank of beautiful assets that could quickly be mixed and matched to tout any feature, speak to any audience and fulfill any media needs.
With just a handful of photos we created over 100 pieces of custom targeted content including photos, GIFs, videos and a real-time IG story tour of the new digs dictated by fan participation.
